Orders and payments

You are responsible for verifying the selected items, quantities, shipping address, and contact information before confirming your order.

Orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent to you after the order is placed.

If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you to agree on an appropriate solution, such as a replacement with your consent or a refund for the missing item.

Payments are processed through the payment methods offered at checkout. Full payment card details are processed by the relevant payment providers and are not directly stored by Base Botanique.

Delivery and shipping

Once the order is completed and payment is confirmed, please allow 7 business days for the preparation and shipping of your order.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the carrier. Delivery is generally faster near our workshop and may take longer for remote destinations.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking link when available.

Shipping fees are as follows:

• Quebec: $11.50

• Elsewhere in Canada: $16.50

• Free shipping on orders of $85 or more before taxes, anywhere in Canada.

Delivery times after shipping vary depending on the carrier and destination. If a delivery time is announced for your order, we are committed to meeting it, subject to rights provided by law.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for a simple change of mind.

This policy does not limit rights provided by law, including applicable remedies when a product is defective or does not match its description or the order.

If you receive a damaged item or a product that does not match your order, please email us at basebotanique@gmail.com, including your order number and, if possible, photos of the product and its packaging.

We will review the situation and inform you of possible solutions. Shipping costs are not refunded in the case of voluntary returns for personal convenience, subject to rights provided by law.

Gift cards

Base Botanique gift cards have no expiration date.

Their balance cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. The terms for use and balance verification are those indicated with the gift card.
